Michael Keenan

Michael Keenan was Chief Investment Officer of Bimcor Inc., the pension investment subsidiary of the Bell Canada group of companies from 2015-2021, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of ~$30B of DB and DC assets.

Prior to joining Bimcor in 2001, Michael spent ten years at the federal Department of Finance principally in the areas of debt management, international reserves management and government financing.

Michael has an M.A. (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder. He is a past Chair of the Pension Investment Association of Canada.
